Chief Specialist of the Card Remote Service and Reporting Department
Job responsibilities
- Investigation of card transactions across various payment systems, analysis and resolution of issues arising in the course of card servicing, and provision of necessary information
- Handling telephone inquiries from the branch network
- Creation and modification of card standards
- Maintenance of the database of retained cards
- Activation of privileges for premium cardholders and management of the relevant database
- Maintenance of the card delivery database and verification of delivery service invoices
- Execution of other functions defined by the Bank’s internal regulations and procedures
Required skills
- Higher education
- At least one year of work experience in the banking system. Experience in card issuance and payment/settlement systems is desirable
- Knowledge of legislation regulating banking and payment systems
- Ability to quickly adapt and work effectively in a changing environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge and application of business ethics standards
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Mulberry, Smart Vista software
- Good knowledge of Russian and/or English languages
