Client Manager

  • Responsibilities

      • Identify and attract new clients (SMEs and large companies)
      • Organize meetings with clients and present proposals
      • Sell passive products (bank accounts, deposits, international transfers, FX, POS terminals, etc.)
      • Maintain and service the passive portfolio, provide client consultation, support, and problem resolution
      • Identify client needs (through calls, negotiations, and analysis) and perform cross selling.
      • Ability to set individual terms and tariffs for servicing bank accounts for clients.
      • Collect documentation related to client account servicing and cooperation with other departments
  • Requirements

      • Higher education
      • At least 2 years of experience in banking or a related field
      • Knowledge of banking regulations and legislation
      • Knowledge of accounting is an advantage
      • Strong communication skills
      • Time management skills
      • Negotiation skills
      • Proficiency in Armenian (written and spoken)
      • Knowledge of Russian or English
