Senior Specialist of Property Valuation and Revaluation

Job responsibilities

• • Property valuation and revaluation, identification of property-related risks, and conducting on-site property inspections when necessary
  • Verification of the reliability of information related to properties accepted as collateral
  • Provision of conclusions on property valuation requests
  • Provision of conclusions on transactions involving pledged properties
  • Analysis of the real estate market and submission of periodic reports
  • Submission of proposals aimed at improving the Bank’s internal regulatory documents related to the scope of functions
  • Other functions as defined by the Bank’s internal regulatory documents

Necessary requirements

• • Higher education, preferably technical education
  • At least 5 years of professional experience
  • Possession of a professional qualification certificate
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent command of Armenian; knowledge of Russian and/or English is desirable
