Head of Account Maintenance and Depositary Unit

Responsibilities

• • Managing, supervising, and organizing processes related to the Compulsory Enforcement Service (CES) and tax liens/seizures.
  • Managing, supervising, and organizing accounts of bankrupt, deceased, or restricted customers.
  • Organizing operations related to problematic customer databases and blacklists.
  • Organization of functions for repayment of problematic loans with various transit accounts
  • Approving and supervising account operations, deposits, cash-outs, and other transactions.
  • Organizing the preparation and dispatch of centralized responses to non-standard customer inquiries/applications.
  • Organizing the preparation and dispatch of responses to inquiries from audit firms, bankruptcy managers, and legal counsels (lawyers).
  • Organizing and ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the department’s functions

Requirements

• • Higher education in Economics
  • At least 3 years of experience in the banking sector (experience related to the mentioned functions is highly desirable)
  • Knowledge of banking legislation and regulations
  • Team management experience
  • Analytical and managerial skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of AS-Bank system, MS Office, and Excel
  • Knowledge of Russian and English languages will be considered an advantage
