Head of Securities Operations Service

Job Responsibilities

• • Submit proposals on improving the organization of the department’s activities.
  • Participate in the development of legal acts regulating the department’s functions.
  • Summarize the results of the department’s activities and report them to the immediate supervisor.
  • Conduct studies, analyses, and prepare proposals on securities and money markets and submit them to the immediate supervisor.
  • Negotiate with participants of securities and money markets (including foreign participants) and execute transactions in securities and money markets.
  • Support the implementation of current and short-term liquidity monitoring and supervision of compliance with mandatory reserve requirements.
  • Participate in the development of legal acts regulating the department’s functions.

Necessary requirements

• • Higher education
  • At least five years of work experience in the securities market / banking system
  • Availability of a document confirming completion of at least Level I of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) exam, or the ACI Dealing Certificate of the ACI (The Financial Markets Association) (hereinafter referred to as the ACI Certificate)
  • Good knowledge of the securities market
  • Knowledge of legislation regulating the securities market and banking activities, as well as banking practices
  • Knowledge of document management and office administration fundamentals
  • Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English languages
