Head of Accounts Management and Depository Department

Job Responsibilities

• • Management, control, and organization of processes related to the Compulsory Enforcement Service and tax seizures.
  • Management, control, and organization of accounts of bankrupt, deceased, or restricted customers.
  • Maintenance of the problematic customers and blacklist database.
  • Execution of problematic loan repayment operations through various transit accounts.
  • Approval and control of accounts, deposits, cash withdrawals, and other transactions.
  • Organization of preparation and dispatch of centralized responses to non-standard customer requests.
  • Organization of preparation and dispatch of responses to inquiries from audit firms, bankruptcy trustees, and legal representatives.
  • Organization and ensuring uninterrupted operation of the department.

Requirements

• • Higher education in Economics
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the banking sector
  • Knowledge of legislation regulating banking activities
  • Team management experience
  • Analytical and managerial skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of AS-Bank system, MS Office, and Excel
  • Excellent command of Armenian
  • Knowledge of Russian and English
