Leading Specialist of Administrative Services
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and provision of monthly fuel consumption reports and documentation related to vehicle repairs
- Participation in the work of the committee responsible for inventory and operational accounting of material assets in the bank
- Implementation of the department's administration
- Fulfillment of other assignments given by the Head of the Department and the Operations Manager
- Acting as Deputy Head of the Department when necessary
Necessary requirements:
- Higher economic or technical education
- At least one year of work experience in the banking system
- Strong communication skills
- Time management
- Analytical thinking
- Stress resistance
- Proficiency in MS Office and Mulberry
- Excellent command of Armenian
- Knowledge of Russian and/or English
