Leading Specialist of Administrative Services

  • Responsibilities:

      • Preparation and provision of monthly fuel consumption reports and documentation related to vehicle repairs
      • Participation in the work of the committee responsible for inventory and operational accounting of material assets in the bank
      • Implementation of the department's administration
      • Fulfillment of other assignments given by the Head of the Department and the Operations Manager
      • Acting as Deputy Head of the Department when necessary
  • Necessary requirements:

      • Higher economic or technical education
      • At least one year of work experience in the banking system
      • Strong communication skills
      • Time management
      • Analytical thinking
      • Stress resistance
      • Proficiency in MS Office and Mulberry
      • Excellent command of Armenian
      • Knowledge of Russian and/or English
