Leading Specialist of Centralized Credit Operations Unit

Job responsibilities

• • Execution of the necessary agreements related to the financing instruments provided within the Bank’s system (loan, credit line, overdraft, bank guarantee, financial lease (leasing), financing against assignment of monetary claim (factoring)), including their formalization, notarization, and state registration of the resulting rights,
  • Organization of state registration of pledged assets, including the imposition of encumbrances,
  • Execution of release procedures for collateral securing repaid loans and/or in accordance with a decision made by the Bank’s authorized body,
  • Provision of relevant consents regarding collateral securing loans, based on decisions of the Bank's Executive Board or positive conclusions issued by the relevant departments,
  • Formalization of adjustment, modification, and assignment of clients’ obligations.

Necessary requirements

• • Higher education in economics, law, or engineering
  • At least 2 year of work experience in the financial-banking sector
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and related legislation
  • Leadership skills
  • Communication skills
  • Time management
  • Analytical thinking
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Mulberry
  • Excellent command of Armenian
  • Basic knowledge of Russian or English
