Product Manager

Job responsibilities

• • Manage and oversee the entire product lifecycle, from idea generation to launch, development, and optimization.
  • Formulate and document business requirements as product requirements (BRD, PRD, User Stories).
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IT and other involved teams throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Ensure effective cooperation with external vendors and partners.
  • Participate in the product discovery process, including problem identification, solution design, validation, and testing.
  • Analyze product performance and take responsibility for achieving defined KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Identify new development opportunities and propose product improvement initiatives.

Necessary requirements

• • Higher education in Economics, Management, Finance, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the banking system; experience in credit products or digital lending will be considered an advantage
  • Practical experience in:
  • applying Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
  • using Jira and Confluence tools
  • preparing and managing BRD, PRD, and User Stories documentation
  • Strong knowledge of consumer lending, digital lending processes, and the customer journey
  • Clear understanding of the full lifecycle of digital product development and management
  • Knowledge of RA banking legislation, lending processes, and sector regulations
  • Ability to effectively balance business requirements, technical constraints, and regulatory
