Corporate Banking Relationship Manager

  • Job responsibilities

      • Develop and establish strong relationships with corporate clients
      • Analyze clients’ needs and offer relevant banking products (loans, trade finance, cash flow management, etc.)
      • Manage the corporate client portfolio, ensuring profitability and growth
      • Prepare proposals for credit and non-credit products
      • Monitor clients’ financial performance and compliance with credit terms
      • Perform cross-selling to increase the bank’s profitability
      • Monitor market developments and competitors
      • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
      • Collaborate with other bank departments (legal, operations, risk, finance, etc.)
  • Necessary requirements

      • Higher education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
      • 3–7 years of work experience in corporate banking or the financial sector
      • Knowledge of financial analysis and accounting, and strong credit assessment skills
      • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
      • Customer-oriented mindset and relationship management skills
      • Good knowledge of banking products and financial markets
      • Proficiency in MS Office
      • Good command of English and Russian languages
