Job responsibilities

• • Drafting and submission of statements of claim and applications within the time limits and in the manner established by the Bank’s internal legal acts.
  • Be enrolled and participate in person in judicial proceedings at courts
  • Preparation and presentation of necessary motions, responses, objections, applications and other procedural documents within the examination of cases
  • Conclusion of settlement agreements, execution of accounting control in the scope of judicial process
  • Preparation and submission of appellate and cassation appeals, responses
  • Submission of applications for issuance of writs of execution, as well as control over whether or not they are sent to the enforcement service by the courts
  • Submission of proposals aimed at solving cases in proceedings
  • Maintenance of relevant files for pending court cases
  • Compilation of reports regarding service functions
  • Observing and fulfilling the requirements and duties defined by the relevant internal legal acts of the Bank’s functions

Necessary requirements

• • Higher legal education
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the banking system
  • At least 1 year relevant work experience with court
  • Knowledge of banking legislation
  • Knowledge of Ms Office
  • Ability of legal analysis
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent oral and written command of the Armenian language
  • Knowledge of Russian and/or English
