Business Process Optimization Chief Specialist

Responsibilities

• • Analyze and plan proposals for changes in internal legal acts submitted by interested parties, and present proposals for amendments.
  • Analyze internal processes of the bank, submit and implement suggestions for modifications/improvements.
  • Analyze newly introduced business processes and ensure their alignment with existing processes and internal regulatory framework.
  • Clarification of current issues related to internal legal acts by the structural and territorial divisions of the Bank.
  • Organize the process of approval of internal legal act drafts received from structural and regional divisions, in accordance with Bank procedures.
  • Present proposals aimed at making changes in existing internal legal acts or eliminating inconsistencies.
  • Organizing discussions (also electronically) on projects for introducing/amending internal legal acts and business processes.
  • Upload approved internal legal acts into the internal legal act information system and archive invalidated acts.
  • Review and compliance of internal legal acts with the standard form of internal legal acts in force at the Bank.

Requirements

• • Higher education
  • At least 1 year of work experience in the banking sector
  • Knowledge of banking products
  • Knowledge of legislation regulating banking activity
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to formulate and express thoughts clearly
  • Excellent verbal and written command of Armenian
  • Knowledge of Russian and/or English
  • MS Office
