Job responsibilities

• • Preparation of applications for declaring bankruptcy and registering the claim, submission to the bankruptcy court, study and analysis of problematic bankruptcy case packages, judicial acts and documents received (issued) from the court, documents submitted by bankruptcy administrators, correspondence and information received on procedural actions, and based on them, representation of the Bank's interests in the bankruptcy court, civil courts of appeal and cassation, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and the Bank's internal legal acts,
  • Participation in bankruptcy auctions and acquisition of property, state registration of property rights, elimination of obstacles arising during state registration,
  • Study of legal documents, analysis, clarification, proposal, opinion, conclusion, including procedural: response to the claim, objection, position, counterclaim or security, complaint and other procedural actions.

Necessary requirements

• • Higher legal education,
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in bankruptcy cases,
  • Work experience in the banking system regarding the specified sectors will be considered an advantage,
  • Having a lawyer, bankruptcy manager license or any work experience in the specified sectors will be considered an advantage,
  • Good knowledge of the RA Constitution, the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia, the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia, the RA Law “On Bankruptcy”, the RA Law “On Public Procurement”, laws regulating banking activities and other relevant legal acts,
  • Internet, computer skills, Ms Office proficiency
  • Knowledge of the AS-Bank 4.0 system will be considered an advantage,
  • Excellent oral and written command of the Armenian language.
