Leading Specialist of Card Remote Service and Reporting Unit

Job responsibilities

• • Proper and comprehensive handling of international disputes (disputes/chargebacks)
  • Receiving, importing, exchanging and monitoring settlement files
  • Review of updates and regulations of Visa and MasterCard payment systems and internal awareness
  • Analysis of card transactions across various operational systems
  • Preparation and submission of various reports addressed to internal bank units, the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, and other payment and settlement systems
  • Professional support to the branch network

Necessary requirements

• • Higher education in economics, mathematics, or social sciences
  • At least two years of work experience in the banking system, including a minimum of one year working with payment and settlement systems
  • Knowledge of legislation regulating the activities of banks and payment and settlement systems
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a changing environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge and application of business ethics standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Mulberry software
  • Excellent command of the Armenian language
  • Good knowledge of Russian and/or English
