Leading Specialist of Card Remote Service and Reporting Unit
Job responsibilities
- Proper and comprehensive handling of international disputes (disputes/chargebacks)
- Receiving, importing, exchanging and monitoring settlement files
- Review of updates and regulations of Visa and MasterCard payment systems and internal awareness
- Analysis of card transactions across various operational systems
- Preparation and submission of various reports addressed to internal bank units, the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, and other payment and settlement systems
- Professional support to the branch network
Necessary requirements
- Higher education in economics, mathematics, or social sciences
- At least two years of work experience in the banking system, including a minimum of one year working with payment and settlement systems
- Knowledge of legislation regulating the activities of banks and payment and settlement systems
- Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a changing environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge and application of business ethics standards
- Proficiency in MS Office and Mulberry software
- Excellent command of the Armenian language
- Good knowledge of Russian and/or English
