Assistant to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board
- Job responsibilities - Preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, draft decisions, and extracts
- Organizing meetings, consultations, and discussions initiated by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Board members, and recording their minutes if needed
- Providing appropriate technical support during meetings and sessions of the Board and its committees (Nasdaq / Zoom / Google Calendar invitations)
- Carrying out software operations of the corporate governance platform in the Bank, providing technical support, managing user permissions, and ensuring the uninterrupted functioning of the system
- Monitoring the deadlines for the implementation of instructions and assignments from the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and members of the Board
- Monitoring the compliance with deadlines for the submission of reports by the Bank’s management bodies and divisions
- Verifying the compliance of documents submitted to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Board members with the Bank’s internal legal acts
- If necessary, provide verbal or written translations in Armenian or English
- Booking airline tickets and hotel accommodations for gatherings or events
- Performing other functions related to the activities of the Supervisory Board, its members, and the General Meeting of Shareholders
 
 
- Necessary requirements - Higher education
- At least 2 years of work experience in the financial sector
- In-depth knowledge and practical skills in document management and office coordination
- Familiarity with business communication principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Nasdaq, Mulberry, and Jira applications
- Excellent command of Armenian, English, and Russian languages
