Job Responsibilities:

• • Software setup for newly installed ATMs and POS terminals
  • Technical and software maintenance of ATMs and POS terminals
  • Performing preventive checks
  • Online monitoring of ATMs and POS terminals
  • Participation in the ATM cash loading process
  • Receiving and sending confiscated cards from the ARCA processing center

Necessary requirements:

• • Higher education in technical, mathematical, or economic fields
  • Two years of experience in the banking system is desirable
  • Experience working with ATMs will be considered an advantage
  • Communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent command of Armenian
  • Good knowledge of Russian and English
