Job responsibilities

• • Attraction of retail loan, card, and small business clients, identification of their needs, direct and cross-sales using templates in the AS-Bank system,
  • Acceptance of loan applications, loan and collateral processing in the AS-Bank system, preparation of loan disbursement orders, and compilation of loan packages,
  • Opening, reissuing, and closing of plastic cards,
  • Conducting presentations to attract clients and payroll projects, participation in BTL campaigns and “Bank at the Workplace” events organized by the Bank,
  • Organization and execution of loan transactions with legal entities and individuals,
  • Fulfillment of monthly sales plans.

Necessary requirements

• • Higher education, preferably in finance, accounting, or economics,
  • One year of work experience as a credit specialist in the financial banking or related sectors,
  • Knowledge of banking operations and transactions, as well as legislation regulating banking activities,
  • Analytical thinking,
  • Communication skills,
  • Teamwork ability,
  • Ability to work within clearly defined deadlines,
  • Ability to make quick decisions and navigate challenging situations,
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of the AS-Bank system is desirable,
  • Excellent command of Armenian; good knowledge of English and Russian is desirable.
