Service Clerk at Customer Service and Cash Operations Unit | Ijevan Branch
Job responsibilities
- Implementation of various payments and fast money transfer service in AS-Bank system (for individuals and legal entities)
- Recommendations on banking services (including loans), implementation of ACRA inquiries
- Provision of statements/references
- Formulation of money claim/excess refund from main cash desk to other cash desks
- Acceptance of loan applications (consumer unsecured loan, credit line, loan with primary collateral), formulation of loan and collateral in accordance with established templates, collection of loan packages
- Implementation of defined monthly sales plans
- Participating in the process of charging and discharging ATMs and, in the absence of the head of the department, providing program formulation
- Service of the Bank-Customer system
Required qualifications
- Higher education, preferably in finance and/or economics
- Knowledge of banking and operations, banking legislation
- Working experience with cash is desirable
- Communication skills
- Teamwork ability
- Ability to work under well-defined deadlines
- Ability to navigate quickly in conflict situations
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of AS-Bank system is desirable
- Excellent command of Armenian, good knowledge of English and Russian languages is desirable
