Credit Product manager
Job responsibilities
- Customer needs identification and developing new credit products and business processes development
- Continuous improvement of current credit products conditions and business processes
- Charting the product and service implementation path from development to launch
- Compilation of normative-methodological documents on credit products
- Development of automation requirements in terms of software and technical support in terms of formulation of loan products
- Researches of the market and new trends in credit products, presentation of proposals
- Development of educational materials on credit products
Necessary requirements
- Higher education in economics, management or finance fields
- One year of work experience in the banking system, in relevant field of credit products
- Experience in loan product development would be an advantage
- Experience in credit risk will be an additional advantage
- Knowledge of RA banking legislation, lending processes regarding the credit sector
- Understanding of product development cycle
- Knowledge of the principles of credit flow line is desirable
- Experience in new product implementation would be an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office software package, AS system
- Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, English (written and oral)
- Proactivity and high sense of responsibility
- Teamwork ability
- Advanced communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to work under well-fixed deadlines
