Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• • Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders (CBA, SRC, payment systems, vendors).
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards.
  • Track milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
  • Support the rollout of digital and process improvement initiatives aligned with the Bank’s strategy.

Requirements

• • University degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking sector.
  • Experience in regulatory, digital, or operational transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian.
