Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders (CBA, SRC, payment systems, vendors).
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Track milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
- Support the rollout of digital and process improvement initiatives aligned with the Bank’s strategy.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking sector.
- Experience in regulatory, digital, or operational transformation projects.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification will be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian.
