
Secure investment, high returns: new bonds from Amio Bank with favorable terms

Amio Bank announces the next issuance of bonds, offering investors a secure and profitable investment opportunity. The AMD-denominated bonds are issued at an annual yield of 10.25%, and the dollar bonds at an annual yield of 5.75%. Coupon payments will be made on a quarterly basis. The placement starts on September 11, 2025, and will continue until November 18, inclusive. The bond's maturity is 27 months, with a maturity date of December 11, 2027. The terms of the bonds being placed are:
- Volume of AMD-denominated bonds: AMD 3,000,000,000 (30,000 nominal, non-convertible, non-documentary coupon bonds, each with a nominal value of AMD 100,000),
- Volume of USD-denominated bonds: USD 5,000,000 (50,000 nominal, non-convertible, non-documentary coupon bonds, each with a nominal value of USD 100).
Bonds are reliable financial instruments and are guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund on the same principle as deposits. After the placement is completed, the bonds will be listed on the Armenian Stock Exchange, will have a market maker, and the proceeds from them will be exempt from income tax and non-resident profit tax, ensuring higher returns.
