Work responsibilities
- Welcoming customers of the branch
- Provision of advice on banking products and services
- Fast customer service (acceptance of utility payments, loan repayments of individuals, etc.) via appropriate payment terminals in the branch
- Sales and activation of Internet and Mobile banking systems
- Implementation of the process of issuing plastic cards to customers
- Implementation of the general administration of the service hall
- Execution of monthly sales plans
Required qualifications
- Higher Education
- Knowledge of banking
- Advanced customer service skills
- Communication skills
- Teamwork ability
- Knowledge of business rules ethics
- Conflict resolution skills
- Excellent command of Armenian, good knowledge of English and Russian languages is desirable
