  • Work responsibilities

      • Welcoming customers of the branch
      • Provision of advice on banking products and services
      • Fast customer service (acceptance of utility payments, loan repayments of individuals, etc.) via appropriate payment terminals in the branch
      • Sales and activation of Internet and Mobile banking systems
      • Implementation of the process of issuing plastic cards to customers
      • Implementation of the general administration of the service hall
      • Execution of monthly sales plans
  • Required qualifications

      • Higher Education
      • Knowledge of banking
      • Advanced customer service skills
      • Communication skills
      • Teamwork ability
      • Knowledge of business rules ethics
      • Conflict resolution skills
      • Excellent command of Armenian, good knowledge of English and Russian languages is desirable
