•	Consistently monitors, verifies and approves transactions made by financial advisors, service staff and jewelers within established limits,
•	Supervises and coordinates the work of employees of the Customer Service and cash operations department, oversees the quality of customer service and execution of individual sales plans,
•	Implements and oversees documentation of Customer Service and cash operations department,
•	Makes recommendations to the manager on the educational and training issues of the Customer Service and cash operations department employees,
•	Participates in the opening and closing of the vault, carries out transactions from the vault to the main vault and vice versa, as well as
•	Monitors the performance of official duties, work and performance discipline by the employees of the department,
•	In case of necessity, ensures the replacement of heads and managers of other branch offices.


Job responsibilities:

•	Higher education
•	One year of work experience in financial banking system
•	Knowledge of legislation of banking regulation,
•	Advanced knowledge of accounting,
•	Excellent knowledge of Law օn “Combating Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing”,
•	Leadership skill,
•	Strategic thinking skill,
•	Problem solving skill,
•	Proficiency in Ms Office,
•	Knowledge of AS,
•	Excellent knowledge of Armenian language,
•	Knowledge of Russian and/or English languages.
